The WORKERS-IN-TRAINING ministry at Palace of Grace Parish Church is a vital program designed to equip new believers and aspiring servants with the knowledge, skills, and spiritual foundation needed to effectively serve within the church and beyond.

- New Believer Class: This foundational course welcomes new converts, guiding them through the core teachings of Christianity, fostering their faith journey, and integrating them into the church family. (Scripture: Hebrews 6:1-2)
- Workers-in-Training: This program equips individuals who feel called to serve in various church ministries.
